In partnership with developers Goldrich Kest, we are creating a five-story, 106-unit apartment project in vibrant, Studio City known as The Crescent.

Plans call for demolishing the existing approximately 42,000-square-foot structure at 11201 Ventura Boulevard to make way for a 126,493-square-foot, 76-foot-tall apartment development designed by Lahmon Architects. This will bring additional housing in a location close to Burbank, Universal City and a nearby Metro station, as well as the 101 and 110 freeways which will give easy access to the rest of Los Angeles.
