The design of this 120 unit affordable senior rental apartment building takes cues from its location on Hollywood Blvd. A colorfully finished tower with faceted glazing, marks the street corner and is a beacon for the retail and residential tenants. The façade of the four stories of apartments is scaled to the urban fabric along Hollywood and scales down toward the residential neighborhood to the North. The Metro at Hollywood provides a vibrant home to about 180 senior citizens while enhancing the image, livability and economic vitality of the community by eliminating a blighted site.
